FORGIVENESS 101 for your community:
M
oving from FEAR to LOVE through the POWER of FORGIVENESS

Are you experiencing any of the following or something similar?
  1. Are you renting too much space in your head to a grievance that another person has long forgotten?
  2. Do you have a hard time forgiving yourself?
  3. Do you have regrets?
  4. Would you like to live a healthier, more resilient life full of joy, hope and abundance?

If the answer is yes to any of these, please join us for a weekend that offers strategies for building a vibrant positive future. Forgiveness is good for our health on a par with quitting smoking! Are you ready to give yourself this kind of care, to embrace a path that leads to your higher and most beautiful self?

Then join Lyndon Harris on a journey to forgiveness. Harris’ work in forgiveness is based on the research methodology of Dr. Frederic Luskin (Stanford) published in Forgive for Good: A PROVEN Prescription for Health and Happiness, and his  experience as a pastor (over 20 years), including at GZ in NYC after 9/11/01.

A Journey to Forgiveness weekend may include:
Friday night screening and discussion of the award winning documentary, “The Power of Forgiveness” (features Harris’ work at Ground Zero in NYC),
a six-hour seminar on Saturday (Forgiveness 101), and a concluding sermon or inspiring message on Sunday morning for the community.

Topics for the seminar include:
1. A Funny thing happened on the way to Forgiveness: What Forgiveness is and is not
2. Grievances that Grow: How to identify and win back your life from a “victim’s narrative”
3. Identifying and Managing Unenforceable Rules: Why Won’t They Do What I think they Should?
4. Forgiving Life: How to Navigate the aftermath of a Tragic Loss
5. Self care: How can I EVER forgive Myself?
